This is a beautiful & elegant lightweight cocktail fascinator hat in navy blue. 
Made with a navy sinamay disc, which has either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
It can also be mounted on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
They are available in black, silver or bright gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.
It can also be attached with two small clips underneath, which are more secure than the comb..

Created with a gathered choux piece of dark navy classic veiling, a matching plain navy sinamay bias binding bow loops and finished with a navy satin ribbon ruffle and a cluster of navy glass crystals.
