This is a beautiful 1920's flapper style headband fascinator inspired by The Great Gatsby in shades of navy blue.

Created with a navy felt disc, with navy fluff feathers around the edge, a small choux puff of dark navy blue fine veiling, fine curled ostrich fronds and a dark navy blue satin ribbon ruffle with a dark navy blue glass crystal cluster.

Attached to a length of navy blue high quality French velvet ribbon, with narrow dark navy blue satin ribbon for tying in a bow at the back.

Can be worn over loose hair or tied under a ponytail or bun..

Please do not pull too tight!! the item is handmade, not machine made..so treat with care,..

The ribbon will crease after tying, but will easily iron out.
