This is a beautiful and elegant lightweight hair cocktail fascinator hat in shades of pale blue

Made with a pale blue sinamay disc, which has either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath either backwards or forwards, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
Or it can have clips.

It can also be mounted on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
They are available in black, silver or bright gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.
The gold is best for golden blonde/ honey coloured hair, the silver for light blonde/ platinum/ greys..

Created with a piece of pale sky blue classic veiling, pale blue crinoline swirl and a ruffle of pale blue satin ribbon finished with a choice of silver plated diamante brooch piece or a cluster of pale blue pearls.
