It is with a heavy heart that unfortunately as of 13th December 2024, I will no longer be selling and shipping to all EU countries and Northern Ireland, due to the new EU GPSR, covering items manufactured after 13th December 2024.
" Effective from December 13, 2024, the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) aims to ensure the sale of safe products to buyers in the European Union (EU) and Northern Ireland (NI).
This regulation applies to both new and second-hand products sold in these markets, and it introduces specific requirements for businesses regarding product safety information "
While our products are safe and compliant and made to a very high standard, it's sadly become impossible for us to continue to sell into EU and NI for now, due to the very high costs of appointing a representative in the EU, and the complex paperwork involved and time, its not cost effective for the small amount sold to these areas.
I will still be selling to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and a few other countries, Japan, UAE, etc on a trial basis..
