Ordering & Shipping Info

As of 1st July 2021, most overseas buyers are now directed to purchase through Etsy, due to the new laws surrounding sales tax and VAT added onto purchases.

Purchasing via Etsy means this will all be handled by them and added onto your purchase automatically.

You can also request a custom order listing through Ebay or Folksy if you prefer, as they are also platforms which calculate and collect sales tax.

We ship to the following countries -

Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, United States and selected European countries including Ireland, Finland, Denmark, The Netherlands and Switzerland.

Unfortunately due to the strict European Packaging Laws we are no longer able to ship to the following countries-

Austria, France, Greece, Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Cyprus, Norway, Slovakia or Luxemburg.

I am working to add Etsy links to all the items, please email for custom order pieces to discuss.

Customers in Canada & Switzerland can use the site and some States in the USA.

Tracking Upgrades are available on request.

Please feel to use the contact form or chat function on the website or pop us an email.

All my items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

If Special Delivery is required an additional charge is payable,  please message for details and availability.

If you require an item in a hurry or within a week, the Special Delivery is recommended.

*Please ensure that your delivery address is up to date, especially on Paypal.

We aim to post out most items within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of cleared payment, Monday- Friday, with exception of custom made to order items.

Most parcels will have a Track & Trace reference number which you can obtain if you are concerned about your parcel, this number can also be emailed to you when the item has been dispatched.

If the post office has attempted to deliver but the item has not been collected from sorting office (after 7 days), and the item is returned back to us, you would then be responsible for additional shipping costs to redeliver.

All items are well packed in boxes with bubble wrap and tissue paper.

Please message with any enquiries before purchasing so we can discuss options.
**Please note some materials/ designs are subject to availability, due to my suppliers changes and discontinued lines etc**

My creations are designed for any occasion and are affordable and easy to wear.

They are all individually handmade to order, unless otherwise stated as Ready Made.

This process will take currently 5-7 days, sometimes a little longer during very busy periods, this does not include the delivery time.

So please allow plenty of time for your chosen piece to be created.

I can do rush orders, but they are at my discretion and depend on the volume of work at the point of enquiry.

Any orders placed which need to be made up and posted within 24-48 hours will be subject to a £5 Rush Order surcharge, this is for prioritising the order, as all orders are made in date order on a first come, first served basis (This is a non refundable charge)

They will also have to be posted by Next Day Special Delivery.

Advice and guidance is given at all stages of the ordering and making, to create a stunning headpiece that will be bespoke to you.

My aim is to give excellent customer service, so at the end of the process you will be happy with your purchase and most importantly.

Step 1 - Choose colour and style, if you are unsure of the colour, you can order colour samples, I do have access to a huge range of materials, so maybe able to colour match where possible.

All of the styles can be modified to suit, ie- veils added, feathers added or taken away etc.

Step 2 - How will it be fixed?

This really depends of your hair type and style and whether you have worn a fascinator before.

Headbands- These are the most safe and secure method, I use the thin metal ones, see picture.

Wider sinamay and ribbon covered bands available on request, but will cost more.
The metal bands are available in black, silver or gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.
The gold is best for golden blonde/ honey coloured hair, the silver for light blonde/ platinum/ greys..

Recommended for thin, fine or long/ loose hair.

Combs - The comb fixing is the trickiest of them all, as it really needs to go into an updo so it has a firm base to secure into.

I can either make it so the comb teeth go back and will push in backwards, which makes the piece sit flat, but is slightly less secure and would need extra grips etc.
Or I can face the comb forwards, so teeth are facing the front, which makes it more secure as it goes against the hair, but it does lift it slightly, so not so flush against the head..
But its personal preference really..

Clips - Are the next most secure fixing, I use two of the croc clips with teeth, which grip into the hair.

They work best in medium length hair or an updo, as it may swing a bit in long loose hair..!
