This is an exquisite, elegant and chic percher style fascinator mini hat in black and turquoise.

Made with a black sinamay disc, which has either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
It can also be mounted on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
They are available in black, silver or bright gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.
It can also have two small clips, which are more secure than the comb.

Created with two black burnt pheasant curl feathers with small black and turquoise pearls pinned in the ends, a bow loop of black sinamay bias binding with a stripe of bright turquoise satin ribbon as a highlight, a scrunch of turquoise veiling and a black satin ribbon ruffle, finished with a cluster of turquoise glass pearls.
