This is a beautiful, elegant & eye catching lightweight cocktail fascinator hat in shades of pale blue.
Made with a pale blue sinamay disc, which has either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
It can also be mounted on a thin metal band, in a choice of matte black or silver, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
It can also have hair clips.
Created with plume to the side of pale blue biot spike feathers, with a bow piece of pale blue crinoline, with an additional bow piece of pale blue tulle to give it a fuller look.
Finished with a pale blue satin ribbon ruffle and a small cluster of pale blue pearls.
