This is a simple, yet eye catching cocktail percher hat fascinator mini hat in black, white and grey.

It is lightweight and easy to wear and would finish off an elegant Gothic or all black outfit perfectly..

Created with a larger round bevelled sinamay base which is covered with soft felt for a nice padded feel and covered with a beautiful 100% Cotton Poplin fabric by Rose & Hubble, called Toxic Skulls.
The skulls have black crystal gems in the eye sockets.

It is mounted on a very thin black metal headband, please take care with the ends, you can add some plaster or foam for comfort if necessary.
