This is a simple yet eye catching cocktail percher hat fascinator mini hat in black, white, grey & red.
Its lightweight and easy to wear and would finish off an elegant Gothic or all black outfit perfectly..
Created with a larger round bevelled sinamay base which is covered with felt for a nice padded feel and covered with a beautiful 100% Cotton Poplin fabric by Rose & Hubble, called Toxic Skulls.
The roses have black crystal gems and the skull eyes red crystal gems.

It is mounted on a very thin black metal headband, please take care with the ends, you can add some plaster or foam for comfort if necessary.
