This is an attractive and eye catching sinamay loop fascinator in black and periwinkle blue.

Created with a small bow loop of black sinamay bias binding.
Complemented with black and periwinkle/ hydrangea blue curled biot feathers and finished with a black satin ribbon ruffle, and a cluster of periwinkle blue glass pearls.

Fixed with a small metal croc clip on the back, best for an updo hair style, so it has something to anchor into.
It can also be made to order on a thin headband, available in gold, silver or black.
