This is an attractive and eye catching sinamay loop fascinator in navy blue and periwinkle blue.
It is made to order and will take 5-7 days, plus delivery time.
Created with a small round navy blue sinamay diac base, decorated with a bow loop of navy blue sinamay bias binding.
Complemented with navy and periwinkle/ hydrangea blue curled biot feathers and finished with a navy satin ribbon ruffle, and a cluster of periwinkle blue glass pearls.
It can also have a small navy blusher veil added at the front for an extra £2.

Fixed with either two metal croc clips on the back, best for an updo hair style, so it has something to anchor into, or a clear plastic comb.
It can also be made on a thin headband, available in gold, silver or black.
