This is an exquisite, elegant and chic cocktail fascinator mini hat in black & pale blue.

Made with a black sinamay disc, which has a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.

It can also be mounted on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
They are available in black, silver or bright gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.
The gold is best for golden blonde/ honey coloured hair, the silver for light blonde/ platinum/ greys..
It can also be attached with two small clips underneath, which are more secure than the comb..

Created with two black burnt pheasant curl feathers, wide black sinamay bias binding bow loops, narrower sinamay bias binding bow loops in pale blue, a black satin ribbon ruffle and finished with a cluster of pale blue pearls..
