This is an exquisite, elegant and chic cocktail fascinator mini hat in navy blue.

Made with a navy blue sinamay disc, which can have either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions, or small clips.
It can also be mounted on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
They are available in black, silver or bright gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.
It can also be attached with two small clips underneath, which are more secure than the comb..
Created with two deep navy burnt pheasant curl feathers with crystals pinned into the ends of the stems, a bow loop of sinamay bias binding, a piece of veiling, satin ribbon ruffle and finished with a cluster of navy crystals.
