This is an attractive and eye catching sinamay loop fascinator in navy blue and pale ice blue.
Also available with lighter navy or black base.
It is made to order and will take 5-7 days, plus delivery time.
Created with a small bow loop of navy blue sinamay bias binding.
Complemented with navy and light blue curled biot feathers and finished with a navy satin ribbon ruffle, and a cluster of pale blue glass pearls.

Fixed with a small metal croc clip on the back, best for an updo hair style, so it has something to anchor into, or a small metal comb.
It can also be made on a thin headband, available in gold, silver or black.
