This is an attractive and eye catching sinamay loop fascinator in navy blue, periwinkle blue and a touch of white.
It is made to order and will take 7-10 days, plus delivery time.

Created with a small bow loop of navy blue sinamay bias binding.
Complemented with navy, white and periwinkle/hydrangea blue curled biot feathers and finished with a navy satin ribbon ruffle, and a cluster of white glass pearls.

Fixed with a small metal croc clip on the back, best for an updo hair style, so it has something to anchor into, or a small metal comb.
It can also be attached onto a thin headband, available in gold, silver or black.
