Created with a small bow loop of pale blue sinamay bias binding..
Complemented with pale blue and mink curled biot feathers and finished with a mink satin ribbon ruffle, and a cluster of pale blue glass pearls.
Fixed with a small metal croc clip on the back, best for an updo hair style, so it has something to anchor into.
It can also be made on a thin metal headband.
