      • This is a beautiful eye-catching lightweight hair cocktail fascinator hat in shades of pale blue & black.
      • Made with a black sinamay disc which is covered with pale blue lace fabric and which has either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath facing either backwards or forwards, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
      • It can also be mounted on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
      • They are available in black, silver or bright gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.
      • The gold is best for golden blonde/ honey coloured hair, the silver for light blonde/ platinum/ greys..
      • It can also be attached with two small clips underneath, instead of the above..
