Created with turquoise blue curled goose nagoire feathers in a fan shape, overlaid with three small trimmed peacock eye feathers, curled pale turquoise ostrich feathers and pale turquoise fluff feathers.
Finished with a turquoise satin ribbon ruffle with a cluster of turquoise glass pearls.
