This 'Navy Blue Philippa' headband fascinator is ready made and can be dispatched straight away.

This is a simple yet eye catching and elegant retro vintage style fascinator in dark navy blue.

Created with a shaped piece of dark navy blue sinamay bias binding which is made into an oversized bow, with the trails gently swirling to the side and across the top of the head to give a halo effect. Finished with two rows of navy metallic glass crystals for an extra pop of sparkle.

It can also be made to order plain or with a navy silk rose.

Attached to a metal band which is hand covered with navy satin ribbon.
The bow is placed for the LEFT side.
