This 'Black & Emerald Green Cecilia' fascinator hat is a beautiful eye catching saucer type fascinator hat in black and emerald green.

Also available in moss/ olive green, mint and pale willow green.

As it has no feathers it is perfect for people with allergies, and for overseas shipping.

Made with a round black sinamay disc, which has a thin metal headband underneath, available in black, silver or bright gold, best to match your hair colour.

It can also have two clips underneath, but is best for a firm updo..

On top of that is stitched a larger black saucer style gathered sinamay base, which is quite soft and pliable.

Decorated with a loop detail of wide black sinamay bias binding, another narrow sinamay bias binding loop detail on top of that in emerald green and finished with a black satin ribbon ruffle, black merry widow veiling detail with either a cluster of light emerald pearls or an emerald crystal & diamante stud.
