- This is an exquisite, elegant and chic percher style fascinator mini hat in black and mint green.
- Made with a black sinamay disc, which has either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
- It can also be mounted on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
- They are available in black, silver or bright gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.
- It can also have two small clips, which are more secure than the comb.
- Created with two black burnt pheasant curl feathers, a bow loop of black sinamay bias binding with a stripe of mint green satin ribbon as a highlight, a choice of mint green fluff feathers or plain, a black satin ribbon ruffle, finished with a antique bronze and frosted mint vintage style cabochon.
