This is a pretty and eyecatching Victorian Steampunk Style Veiled Percher Hat Fascinator in all white.
It is made to order and will take 7-10 days, plus shipping.
It is also available in black, cream and limited colours..
Made with a sinamay base in winter white, which has a metal croc clip underneath so it can be worn in many positions.
It can also be fixed with a comb or headband.
It can be worn on any side or on top..
Created with a gathered piece of white classic or Merry Widow veiling, a shaped ruffle choux of stiff white lace fabric and finished with a satin ribbon ruffle with a unique detail of brass, silver or rose gold Steampunk cogs.
Please note, cogs WILL vary from pictures, as they are all unique..
It can also be made with a plain pearl finish too.
Everything is glued and hand stitched onto the base.
It is quite versatile, so you can find your own way of wearing it and look totally glamorous!
