Created with a small bow loop of light or dark navy blue sinamay bias binding.
Complemented with navy and bright fluorescent fuchsia pink curled biot feathers and finished with a light navy tulle or dark navy satin ruffle, and a cluster of paler fuchsia pink glass pearls.
