- This is an exquisite, elegant and chic percher fascinator mini hat in dark navy blue and ultraviolet purple.
- Made with a navy sisal straw round base with a grosgrain ribbon edge, which either has a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath or two small clips, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
- It can also be mounted on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
- They are available in black, silver or bright gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.
- Created with two deep navy burnt pheasant curl feathers with coral pearls pinned into the ends of the stems, a bow of dark navy crinoline, a narrow sinamay bias binding bow in ultraviolet purple. dark navy satin ribbon ruffle and finished with a cluster of purple glass pearls.
