Cameron of Erracht Tartan Brooch
Cameron of Erracht Tartan -
The Cameron of Erracht tartan was designed the Queen's own Cameron Highlanders in 1793.
This tartan was designed by the head of the clan at the time and his mother: Alan Cameron of Erracht and the daughter of Ronald Macdonald of Keppoch.
This is a new addition to my tartan accessories range.
This cute little tartan brooch pin is made to order and will take about a week, as the tartan needs to be purchased to order, plus delivery time.
It is great for a touch of tartan to an outfit or hat or onto a wedding dress or costume, or simply as a gift.
It costs a little more than the standard tartan brooches as the tartan is rarer and costs more to purchase.
Made with a small circle of red felt with a small brooch pin attached and a handmade and sewn ruffle of Cameron of Erracht tartan ribbon with wide ribbon shaped trails and finished with either a small round or oval red crystal, burgundy or ivory pearl and rhinestone cabochon or a silver or brass Celtic button.
Size approx- 6 cm wide x 10.5 cm long
Also available to order in a wide range of tartans and coloured beads/ finishes
