Navy and Ivory Lilianne Fascinator

This is an attractive and eye catching sinamay loop fascinator mini hat in navy blue and creamy ivory.
It is made to order and will take 5-7 days, plus delivery time.

Created with a large dark navy blue sinamay round base, a bow loop of light or dark navy blue sinamay bias binding.
Complemented with light or dark navy and creamy ivory curled biot feathers and finished with a navy satin ribbon ruffle (dark) or tulle (light navy) ruffle, and either a cluster of ivory pearls or a small creamy ivory pearl & diamante stud.

Fixed with either two small metal croc clips on the back, best for an updo hair style, so it has something to anchor into, or a clear plastic comb.
It can also be made on a thin headband, available in gold, silver or black.
