Made with a handmade and sewn ruffle of wide 40 mm Black Watch tartan ribbon with wide ribbon shaped trails and finished with a silver diamante swirl shaped jewel piece with an emerald green stone and drop.

Black Watch Tartan- History
Black Watch is one of the most famous‚ and popular‚ tartans ever‚ recognized the world over.
The Black Watch tartan is a universal symbol of bravery and tradition.
It is worn by the British Royal family (male and female), Highland athletes, and everyone in between.
Alternatively known as Grant Hunting or Government tartan, Black Watch tartan was worn first by the six “watch” companies that once patrolled the Highlands.
General George Wade, with authorisation from George I, formed these six companies in 1725 following the Jacobite rebellion of 1715.
