This is an unusual and chic little cocktail percher hat fascinator mini hat in bright red & black.
Created with a round sinamay base which is covered with felt and then bright red satin fabric then covered again with a beautiful soft black cobweb tulle fabric with a black circle of felt underneath with a metal croc clip for fixing.
Complemented with a beautiful sparkly handmade spider, made from various glass crystal beads and bugle beads.
It can also be altered to have a headband fixing instead.
