This is an exquisite, elegant and chic cocktail fascinator mini hat in dark navy blue.

Made with a dark navy sinamay disc with either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath (making it versatile and wearable in many positions), two small clips, or mounted on a thin metal headband in black, silver or bright gold. Please note that when mounted on a headband, the position of the fascinator is fixed.

Created with two short dark navy blue burnt pheasant curl feathers, a small gathered piece of dark navy blue veiling, navy satin ribbon loops, a gathered bow of dark navy blue crinoline, finished with a dark navy blue satin ribbon ruffle and a cluster of navy blue glass crystals.
