This 'Black & Forest Green Cecilia' fascinator hat is a beautiful eye catching saucer type fascinator hat in black and forest green.

Also available in emerald green, mint and pale willow green.

As it has no feathers it is perfect for people with allergies, and for overseas shipping.

Made with a round black sinamay disc, which has a thin metal headband underneath, available in black, silver or bright gold, best to match your hair colour.

It can also have two clips underneath, but is best for a firm updo..

On top of that is stitched a larger black saucer style gathered sinamay base, which is quite soft and pliable.

Decorated with a loop detail of wide black sinamay bias binding, another narrow sinamay bias binding loop detail on top of that in forest green and finished with a black satin ribbon ruffle, black merry widow veiling detail with a cluster of dark forest green glass pearls.

Everything is glued and hand stitched onto the base.
