Made with a small circle of navy felt with a small brooch pin attached and a handmade and sewn ruffle of Black Watch tartan ribbon with wide ribbon shaped trails and finished with a round silver swirl Steampunk cog with a small crystal in the centre.
Available with an emerald or black crystal or black pearl.
