Created with a large trimmed peacock eye feather, dark navy blue fluff feathers, curled peacock flume and a small trimmed peacock eye feather.
Finished with a navy satin ribbon ruffle with brass watch cog findings.

Made on a navy oval piece of felt for backing with a small silver plated croc clip with teeth underneath.
