The original Modern Pride of Scotland tartan was designed to reflect the 'Pride' within the heart of the nation.
The colours are indicative of all things Scottish.
The blue and white represent the saltire - the national flag, the green and purple the splendour of the hills and glens.

This is a new addition to my tartan accessories range.
This cute little tartan brooch pin is made to order and will take a few days to make, plus delivery time.
It is great for a touch of tartan to an outfit or hat or onto a wedding dress or costume, or simply as a gift.
Created with a small circle of navy felt with a small brooch pin attached and a handmade and sewn ruffle of rare Pride of Scotland tartan ribbon with wide ribbon shaped trails and finished with either a cluster of dark amethyst, lilac or dark purple pearls and a large navy metallic rondelle crystal in the centre or a cluster of navy crystals and an amethyst/ purple/ lilac pearl.
