This is a simple yet elegant and eye catching lightweight cocktail fascinator hat in red and black Royal Stewart tartan.
Made with a felt disc which is covered with a polyester viscose woven fabric in Mini Royal Stewart tartan.
It can be mounted on either a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
They are available in black, silver or bright gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.
The gold is best for golden blonde/ honey coloured hair, the silver for light blonde/ platinum/ greys..
It can also be attached with two small clips underneath.
Decorated with two red burnt pheasant curl feathers with red pearls pinned into the ends of the feather stem, with a bow of narrow poppy red sinamay bias binding.
Finished with a matching tartan flower ruffle with a cluster of red glass pearls Everything is glued and hand stitched onto the base.
