- This is a beautiful and elegant lightweight vintage style percher fascinator hat in shades of aquamarine blue.
- Made with an aqua blue sinamay disc, which has two small croc clips underneath to fix.
- Created with a piece of paler aqua fine classic veiling which gently sits across the forehead, pale aqua crinoline bow swirl, a plume of aqua biot feathers and a ruffle of bright satin ribbon finished with a cluster of pale aqua glass pearls.
