This is an exquisite, elegant and chic cocktail fascinator mini hat in black and red.

Made with a black sinamay disc, which has a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
It can also be mounted on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
They are available in black, silver or bright gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.

Created with two black burnt pheasant curl feathers with small black and red pearls pinned in the ends, a bow loop of black sinamay bias binding with a stripe of bright red satin ribbon as a highlight, with a choice of a scrunch of red veiling and a black satin ribbon ruffle and finished with a cluster of red glass pearls.
