This Black & Cerise Pink Cecilia fascinator hat is a beautiful, eye-catching saucer-style fascinator in black and cerise pink. Also available in pale candy, dusky rose and magenta pinks.
As it has no feathers it is perfect for people with allergies, and for overseas shipping.
Made with a round black sinamay disc with a thin metal headband underneath, available in black, silver or bright gold — best matched to your hair colour. It can also be fitted with two clips, ideal for a firm updo.
On top is stitched a larger black saucer-style gathered sinamay base, soft and pliable, decorated with a loop detail of wide black sinamay bias binding, a narrow cerise sinamay bias binding loop on top, finished with a black satin ribbon ruffle, black merry widow veiling and a cluster of cerise glass pearls. Everything is glued and hand stitched onto the base.
