This is a cute and quirky little percher fascinator mini hat in black.
Made with a black sinamay disc, which has either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
It can also be mounted on a thin metal band, in a choice of matte black, silver or gold, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
It can also be attached with two small clips underneath, which are more secure than the comb..
Created with a choux bow piece of black Merry Widow veiling and a bow loop design in narrow and wide sinamay bias binding.
Finished with a black satin ribbon ruffle with brass watch cog detail.
Please note cogs will vary between designs.
As it has no feathers, it would be perfect for a person with allergies or for travelling abroad for a wedding.
