This is a beautiful and unique handmade tartan ribbon ruffle with the additional adornment of a jewelled cabochon, a new design in my Heritage Tartan Collection.
It is handmade to order and will take a few days, plus delivery time.
Created with a handmade and sewn ruffle of Black Watch tartan ribbon and finished with a gold tone filigree oval cream pearl & rhinestone cabochon piece.
Finished with navy felt and a small roll bar brooch pin.
