This is an attractive and eye catching sinamay loop fascinator in cerise pink and royal blue.

Created with a small bow loop of cerise pink sinamay bias binding.
Complemented with cerise & royal blue curled biot feathers and finished with a cerise pink tulle ruffle, and a cluster of lighter sapphire glass pearls.

Fixed with a small metal croc clip on the back, best for an updo hair style, so it has something to anchor into, or a small metal comb.
