This is a glamorous vintage style fascinator mini hat in all navy blue.
Made with a navy blue sinamay disc which has either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath or two small clips, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
It can also be mounted on a thin metal band, in a choice of black, silver or gold, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.

Created with a choux bow piece of navy blue fine classic veiling and a navy crinoline bow detail.
Finished with a navy satin ribbon ruffle with a cluster of navy blue crystal beads.
