This is an exquisite, elegant and chic cocktail fascinator mini hat in dark navy blue.

Made with a dark navy sinamay disc, which has either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
It can also be mounted on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
They are available in black, silver or bright gold or satin covered in navy or the colour closest to your hair colour.
It can also have two small clips instead of the above..

Created with two short dark navy blue burnt pheasant curl feathers, a small gathered piece of dark navy blue veiling, navy satin ribbon loops, a gathered bow of dark navy blue crinoline and finished with a dark navy blue satin ribbon ruffle and a cluster of navy blue glass crystals.
