This is a beautiful 1920's flapper style headband fascinator in shades of navy blue.

Created with a navy felt disc, with two large peacock eye feathers, curled peacock flume and light navy blue fluff feathers

Finished with a small ruffle of navy satin ribbon and a cluster of navy metallic crystals.

Attached to a length of navy blue French velvet ribbon, with dark navy narrow satin ribbons for tying in a bow at the back.

Can be worn over loose hair or tied under a ponytail or bun..

Please do not pull too tight!! the item is handmade, not machine made..so treat with care,..

The ribbon will crease after tying, but will easily iron out.
