Created with a small bow loop of dark navy blue sinamay bias binding.
Also available in light navy on request, or it can be made with black.
Complemented with navy and burgundy shaded (your choice) curled biot feathers and finished with a dark navy satin ribbon ruffle, and a cluster of burgundy glass pearls.
