This is a unique and attractive double sinamay loop fascinator in navy blue & emerald green.

Created with a small double bow loop design of navy blue & emerald green narrow sinamay bias binding.
Complemented with a small spray of navy & emerald biot feathers, soft navy hackle feathers and a few emerald ostrich fronds.
Finished with a touch of tartan in a Black watch tartan ribbon ruffle decorated with navy crystals and an emerald pearls in the centre.
Fixed with a small silver metal comb on the back, which goes down into the hair, best for an updo hair style, so it has something to anchor into.
