This is a beautiful eye catching saucer type fascinator hat in black and pale ice blue.
Made with a round black sisal straw disc, which has a thin metal headband underneath, available in black, silver or bright gold, best to match your hair colour.

On top of that is stitched a larger black saucer style gathered sinamay base, which is quite soft and pliable.

Decorated with three black burnt pheasant curl feathers and a loop detail of black sinamay bias binding, another narrow sinamay bias binding loop detail on top of that in pale sky blue and finished with a black satin ribbon ruffle with a cluster of pale blue glass pearls.

Also available in aquamarine and other shades of blue.
