Prussian Blue Austen Regency Headpiece
This elegant Prussian navy blue Austen feather hair clip headpiece is inspired by the dramatic plume styles of the Regency era.
Designed to sit high on the head, it features beautiful trailing ribbons for a wonderfully theatrical Jane Austen and Regency-inspired look.
Handmade using three light navy blue ostrich feathers, the headpiece is layered with soft navy fluff feathers, a delicate light navy tulle ruffle and a navy grosgrain ribbon ruffle.
A cluster of navy pearls and beads provides the finishing touch, creating a beautiful combination of texture and vintage-inspired detail.
Pretty darker navy satin ribbon tails trail from the design, adding movement and helping to create that unmistakable Regency silhouette.
The headpiece is backed with an oval of navy felt and fitted with a 56mm metal crocodile clip, allowing it to be securely clipped into an updo or hairstyle.
It is best worn high on the side or towards the back of the head for a full and dramatic Regency-inspired appearance.
