This is an exquisite, elegant and chic cocktail fascinator mini hat in shades of royal blue.

Made with a royal blue sinamay base with either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath (making it versatile and wearable in many positions), two small clips for a more secure fit, or mounted on a thin metal headband in black, silver or bright gold. Please note that when mounted on a headband, the position of the fascinator is fixed. The gold is best for golden blonde/honey coloured hair; the silver for light blonde, platinum or grey.

Created with sinamay loops for support at the back, a bow swirl of cobalt blue crinoline with a plume of coque and biot feather spikes in the centre, finished with a satin ribbon ruffle and a cluster of dark royal blue glass pearls.

It can also have a royal blue blusher veil piece at the front for a more vintage look — this would cost a little extra.

It is best worn in the middle/front of the head and sits quite high — it would look great with an updo. The look will vary depending on hair colour, length & style.
