This is a simple yet eye catching cocktail percher hat fascinator in black, white and grey. Lightweight and easy to wear, it would finish off an elegant gothic or all-black outfit perfectly.
Created with a larger round bevelled sinamay base covered with soft felt for a nice padded feel, then covered with a beautiful 100% Cotton Poplin fabric by Rose & Hubble called Toxic Skulls. The skulls have black crystal gems in the eye sockets.

Mounted on a very thin black metal headband. Please take care with the ends — you can add a little plaster or foam for comfort if necessary.
