This is a cute and pretty little vintage style feather flapper band, which has a clip on the back so it can be attached to the velvet band in any position.
Or it can be attached straight onto the band without the clip if preferred..

Perfect for a Roaring 20's , Great Gatsby or Downton Abbey themed wedding or party.

Created with a large trimmed peacock eye feather, black fluff feathers, curled peacock flume, black curled ostrich feathers and a small trimmed peacock eye feather.
Finished with a black satin ruffle with a cluster of black pearls or crystal beads.

Supplied with a length of black velvet ribbon with narrow black satin ribbon for tying in a bow at the back.

Can be worn over loose hair or tied under a ponytail or bun..
